Hume on mormon.org

DAVID HUME

In short, Hume says things should be tasteful.  By tasteful, he means something that not only we may like, but what our friends like, peers like, and what the experts would like as well.  Also, something that has passed the test of time and is still being sought after.

I think the idea of providing profiles of people, providing by those people, not some random names from a database, is very tasteful and allows relatability.  Though, at this stage, I don’t see how a visitor may see if the masses “like” Mormon.org.  That may be something to consider.

The impression one may get from the landing page is that of real people and their stories.  Those in themselves have the potential to have lasting effects that have the credibility of having passed the test of time, in that these are sincere, genuine people that are sharing their stories.
