Hegel on lds.net

(I looked at the "Forums" tab for this critique)

Perfection Constantly Changes
When you click on the "Forums" tab, it pulls up a page that has a lot of exciting things on it. For me the thesis of this page is the ability and desire for the user to engage in exciting conversation, while the antithesis is the lack of ability or desire to engage in exciting conversation. I will go ahead and outline what I feel adds to each, and then give ideas of how to mold the two to form a new synthesis.

Thesis:
Exciting titles of some of the forums
Exciting recent posts as teasers

Antithesis:
You have to scroll down to know all of the forums available
"Boards" and "Organizations" sections are mixed in with the different forum sections. There is no explanation of what these are. It leaves the user confused why they are included on the forums page.
The very first forum name is confusing and uninviting: "LDS.net Admin Alerts"
The forum names have no regular pattern. Seem sloppy and not thought out.

Synthesis:
List all of the available forums at the top of the page
Organize so that all of the titles are exciting, straight forward and have a recent teaser beneath
Rename "Boards" and "Organizations" to include the word "Forum" in their titles
